Bowden & Co Website

One Part Scissors recently published the brand-new Bowden & Co website. The previous website was basic in it’s functionality, presenting the company in a straightforward manner, but the personality of the company was not being conveyed. With a new corporate identity designed by Karen Goggin, OPS was called upon to create a web experience for Bowden & Co that was memorable, striking, and useful.

The website is highly functional, being fully responsive to ensure that visitors can browse the site clearly using smartphones, iPads, and computers. The website also features a client zone that allows Bowden & Co to communicate with its clients, sending them documents for review and allowing a dialogue to occur between B&Co and their clients.

The website also features a “Connect Brief” fill-in form for potential clients to complete that is fun and engaging, turning the chore of filling in a website contact form into a fun activity that is actually enjoyable.

The website has a crisp, confident aesthetic that sets Bowden & Co apart from its competitors, leaving the website’s visitors with a strong first impression of the business.

Although we ensure the websites we build for our clients are compatible with all browsers, we like to push the envelope on our own website. So we've made the decision to make use of a design that looks amazing in all browsers... except Internet Explorer. If you're still using IE, you need to change - the web has moved on from Internet Explorer, and you will get a safer, faster, and more enjoyable experience out of the Internet if you use anything other than IE. Have a look at BrowseHappy.com to choose a new browser. We recommend Google Chrome and Firefox.

(PS: Microsoft is working on a new web browser, and we're all holding thumbs that it will follow the web standards and display the web like everyone else does... correctly.)
